Hey there, I’m your trainer, Devyn! I’m a Maryland native who somehow manages to be both a homebody and a daredevil. One day I might be a couch potato watching my favorite movie, The Matrix--and the next day, I might be skydiving…who knows? I first fell in love with training back in 2015 and have been at it ever since. What’s most important to me is not telling you what to do, but instead giving you the tools to eventually be successful on your own.
Consistency is the name of the game and to me, it simply means sticking with your habits. The key, however, is not trying to fit your life into the workout and nutrition plan, but rather having the plan meet you where you are. So whether it’s navigating your nutrition during a holiday or social event, sticking with exercise despite being busy at work, or just building basic healthy habits, I’ll be there every step of the way to teach and support you!
