Hello, I'm Natalie. I have helped clients from ages 6-76 find the best way to move their bodies and create a healthy lifestyle for themselves. Through working in a childhood obesity clinic to working as a personal trainer in gyms, I have helped all different people find what works best for them and build their confidence in the process.
