Hi, I’m Erin! My passion for living a healthy lifestyle developed while I ran cross country and track during high school and college. This led me to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Nothing makes me happier than helping my clients achieve their goals while also adopting healthy lifestyle changes that lead to long-term success. Along with training, my other favorite things to do include walking my dog, lifting weights, running, exploring new coffee shops, hiking and camping.
