Step-by-step instructions

Stand tall and shift your weight onto your right foot.

Raise your left knee until it's level with your hips.

Extend your left hand and tap the raised knee with it, keeping balance.

Lower your left knee and foot back to the ground.

Swap sides and repeat the movement with your right knee and left hand, and continue to alternate for the recommended amount of reps.
