Step-by-step instructions

Attach a resistance band to a sturdy object such as a post or a heavy piece of furniture. Confirm that the band is secured tightly and will not slip during the exercise.

Stand to the side of your band with your feet hip-width apart. Hold the end of the band with your arm closest to it.

Bend over with your back straight and your knees slightly bent. Make sure to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.

Pull the band towards you, keeping your elbow close to your body and not flaring out to the side.

Slowly release the resistance band back to its original position and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
