Step-by-step instructions

Sit on the floor with your knees bent, holding the medicine ball in front of you.

Lean back slightly, engage your abs and lift your feet off the floor.

Twist your torso to the right and touch your medicine ball to the floor next to your right hip.

Then, twist your torso to the left and touch the ball to the floor next to your left hip. That's one rep.

Repeat this back-and-forth motion, making sure to keep your torso as straight as possible to engage those abdominal muscles.
