Step-by-step instructions

Start in a high plank position with one dumbbell in each hand, and feet slightly wider than hip-distance.

Keep your body as still as possible as you lift one dumbbell upwards towards your chest.

Slowly lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position.

Repeat the movement with your other arm. This is one repetition.

Remember to keep your hips square to the ground and avoid twisting your body to lift the weight.
