Step-by-step instructions

Position a barbell with weight plates over your head while you lie flat on your back on the floor.

With your knees bent and feet flat, reach up and grab the barbell.

Keep your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

Push the barbell up until your arms are straight.

Slowly lower the bar back down to your chest. Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
