Step-by-step instructions

Start by sitting on an exercise bench with a dumbbell in each hand, your palms should be facing towards you.

Push your feet flat onto the ground, sit up straight, and keep your lower back against the bench.

Raise your hands with the dumbbells to shoulder height, and keep your elbows at 90 degrees.

Press the dumbbells overhead while rotating your palms to face away from you. When reached the top, your biceps should be close to your ears.

Lower the weights back down to the starting position, rotating your palms inward, and repeat for the recommended number of reps.
