Step-by-step instructions

Position yourself on your back on a yoga mat, with a yoga ball in between your feet.

Start by raising your legs, along with the yoga ball, straight towards the ceiling.

Extend your arms out to either side to help keep balance.

Maintaining control, lower the yoga ball to the right as far as you can without having your left shoulder lift off the floor.

Repeat on the opposite side, lowering the ball to the left to complete one rep. Remember to always maintain control and avoid letting your opposite shoulder lift off the floor.
