Step-by-step instructions

Stand facing a wall or a sturdy object, about half a meter away.

Place your hands on the object slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, and step back so you are leaning against the object.

Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the object keeping your body straight.

Push your body away from the object by straightening your arms.

Repeat for the desired number of reps while maintaining control and proper form throughout.
