Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.

Lift your right foot off the ground and keep your balance on your left foot.

Stretch your right foot out to the side, tapping the floor lightly with the toes.

Swiftly bring your right foot back to the starting position, keeping it off the floor throughout.

Repeat for the programmed number of reps, then switch sides.
