Grab a kettlebell and lay flat on your back on the floor.

Hold the kettlebell with both hands over your chest.

At the same time, lift your legs and upper body off the ground, balancing on your glutes and holding the kettlebell towards the ceiling.

Keep your legs and body as straight as possible, creating a 'V' shape with your body.

Hold this position for a few seconds before lowering yourself back to the floor, and repeat for the desired number of reps.
