Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet directly under a bar, such that the bar is over the middle of your feet.

Keeping your back straight, bend down and hold the bar with a wide grip, palms facing down.

Start lifting the bar by extending your knees and hips as if you're jumping.

As the bar reaches chest level, quickly move your body under the bar, catching it overhead with arms fully extended.

Stand up straight to complete the lift, then lower the bar back to the floor and repeat the movement for the assigned number of reps.
