Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in your dominant hand.

Raise the kettlebell over your shoulder as if you were going to chop wood.

Swing the kettlebell downwards, bending slightly at the knees and waist.

Catch the kettlebell with your opposite hand at the bottom of the swing, and then switch hands and repeat.

Do this movement for the programmed number of reps.
