Bunny Hop
Bunny Hop is a cardio exercise for strengthening the lower body and enhancing endurance, heart health, and lung capacity. This workout simulates a bunny's hop, thereby improving balance, coordination, and targeting legs and core muscles.

Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and with your knees slightly bent.

Bend down slightly, swinging your arms behind you for momentum.

Jump up as high as you can, raising your knees to your chest mid-air.

Land back on the ground softly, absorbing the impact by bending your knees.

Repeat the steps in rapid succession, hopping again as soon as you land.
