Sit on the ground with your legs bent at the knees, holding a kettlebell in both hands.

Lift your feet slightly off the ground, keeping a balance on your rear.

Twist your torso to the left and gently touch the kettlebell to the ground beside you.

Return to the center, then twist your torso to the right, again lightly touching the kettlebell to the floor. This is one rep.
