Stand near a wall and extend your arm out to the side with your palm pressing against the wall.

Keep your other arm at your side or place on your waist.

Slowly bend your elbow and lean your body towards the wall.

Push off the wall by straightening your arm to return to your starting position.

Repeat this for your desired amount of reps before switching to the other arm.
