Step-by-step instructions

Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair, with a medicine ball to hand, and hold onto the sides for balance.

Place the medicine ball between your ankles, creating a small gap between your feet.

Slowly raise your legs up into the air, keeping your back straight and not leaning backwards.

Hold the position for a moment with your legs lifted, but don't forget to breathe!

Lower your legs back down slowly, while keeping the medicine ball between your ankles. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
