Step-by-step instructions

Find a box or a platform about knee height.

Stand in front of it on one foot, balancing and straightening your posture.

Swing your arms behind you and bend your standing knee slightly.

Leap onto the box, driving your standing foot into the ground and swinging your arms forward for momentum.

Land softly on the top of the box, maintaining balance. Step down and repeat with the other leg.
