Ladder Hopscotch instructions
Step-by-step instructions
1
Start next to one end of a fitness ladder, with the ladder running lengthwise to your left or right.
2
Jump into the first square with your left foot. At the same time, jump your right foot into the square directly after the first.
3
Quickly hop forward, moving your left foot into the space just vacated by your right foot. Simultaneously, bring your right foot into the next square in the ladder.
4
Keep hopping forward in this manner until you reach the end of the ladder.
5
Turn around and repeat the motion in the opposite direction. Keep going for a set amount of time, rather than a set number of reps.
