Step-by-step instructions

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell by the handle with both hands.

Raise the kettlebell above your head, straightening your arms fully.

Bend your elbows to lower the kettlebell behind your head, keep your elbows close to your ears.

Raise your arms back above your head to straighten them fully, returning to the starting position.

Maintain control and prevent your lower back from arching throughout the movement. Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
