Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand.

Bend your knees slightly and lean forward from your hips, keeping your back straight.

Hold the kettlebell directly below your shoulder, keeping your other hand rested on your knee for support.

Pull the kettlebell up to the side of your torso, keeping your elbow close to your body.

Slowly lower the kettlebell back to the starting position and repeat for the designated number of reps.
