Step-by-step instructions

Sit on a Bosu ball with your feet flat on the ground and a dumbbell held at your chest.

Lean back slowly until your back is against the Bosu ball, keeping your feet flat on the ground.

Pull your upper body towards your knees, raising your torso off the Bosu ball while keeping the dumbbell close to your chest.

Raise your body until you are sitting upright again, keeping the dumbbell at your chest.

Repeat this movement for the programmed number of reps, making sure to use your abs to lift your body, not your neck or shoulders.
