Kneel on your left knee allowing the right foot to be in front of you.

Put the palms of your hands on either side of the right foot for support.

Lean forward, stretching your left hip toward the floor.

Keep your body upright and your back and buttocks muscles relaxed.

Switch legs and repeat the same steps to stretch the other side.
