Step-by-step instructions

Start by sitting on the floor with your knees bent, feet flat on the ground, and holding a dumbbell at chest level.

Lower your torso back down to the floor to lie flat while keeping the weight at your chest.

Raise your upper body back up towards your knees, keeping your feet on the ground and maintaining the weight at your chest.

Slowly lower your body back down in a controlled manner to the starting position.

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions maintaining your careful control.
