Step-by-step instructions

Stand tall, holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your body with your hands slightly less than shoulder-width apart.

Keep your back straight and engage your core.

Pull the weights up towards your chin, keeping them close to your body.

When your elbows reach shoulder height and are bent to 90 degrees, pause for a moment.

Lower the weights back down in a controlled manner to the starting position and repeat.
