Step-by-step instructions

Lie down on your back on a mat, holding a dumbbell with both hands.

Extend your legs straight out in front of you, keeping your toes pointed towards the ceiling.

Hold the dumbbell over your chest by keeping your arms completely straight.

Raise your legs upwards towards the ceiling while still keeping them straight.

Lower your legs back down to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat for the desired number of reps.
