Step-by-step instructions

Begin by sitting on the ground with feet planted flat, knees bent, and hands positioned behind you, fingers facing your body.

Lift your butt off the ground to come into a reverse tabletop position.

Lift your right hand and left foot off the ground, while maintaining balance on your left hand and right foot.

Reach your right hand to touch your left toe. If you can't reach your toe, aim for your shin or knee.

Lower back down and switch to the other side. Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
