Grab the handle of the cable machine with both hands, palms facing down.

Keeping your torso and back straight, pull the handle in towards your midsection.

Release the handle in a controlled manner, allowing your arms to extend back towards the machine.

Repeat this motion without jerking your body for the programmed number of reps.
