Stand in front of the cable machine, adjusting the height so the cable handle is at chest level.

While holding the handles, lean back slightly and position your body into a semi-squat position.

Pull the cable towards your chest, keeping your elbows tucked in at your sides.

Pause for a moment as your shoulder blades squeeze together.

Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
