Step-by-step instructions

Set the cable handles at chest height and stand in the middle of the cable machine, holding one handle in each hand.

Take a step forward for balance, keeping your feet shoulder-width apart.

Raise your arms to form a 'T' shape with your body, slightly curving your elbows.

Bring your hands together in the middle in front of your chest, as if you are hugging a big tree.

Slowly return to your original position and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
