Step-by-step instructions

Stand in between a cable machine, and lower the handles to be at your chest height.

Grab a cable in each hand and step forward with your right foot, finding balance in your split stance.

Press the cables forward, extending your arms but make sure not to lock out your elbows.

Your hands should end up in line with the center of your chest.

Release back to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
