Step-by-step instructions

Begin by placing a Bosu ball flat side down on the ground with a medicine ball nearby.

Sit on the rounded side of the Bosu ball and place the medicine ball in your lap.

Lie back onto the Bosu ball, positioning your body so that your lower back is pressed into the round surface.

Holding the medicine ball close to your chest, slowly sit up so that your chest and knees are in-line.

Lower yourself back down in a controlled motion and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
