Sit on a utility bench set at a 45-degree angle, positioning your feet firmly on the ground.

Reach forward and grab the cable handles while keeping your back straight.

Pull the handles toward your waist while keeping your elbows close to your sides.

Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the motion to fully engage your muscles.

Release the handles slowly and controlled back to the starting position. Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
