Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright facing a bench or step, shoulder-width apart.

Place your right foot on the bench ensuring your heel is firmly pressed down.

Step up onto the bench, pushing through your right heel, until your right leg is straight.

Lower down your left foot back to the ground in a controlled manner.

Alternate between your right and left foot for the programmed number of reps. Keep your back straight and avoid letting your knee go over your toes.
