Step-by-step instructions

Lie on your back on a flat surface. Stretch out your arms and legs so your body forms an 'X'.

Slowly start moving your arms upward, keeping them straight and close to the ground.

At the same time, bring your legs together in the middle.

Your arms should now be extended straight above your head and your legs should be together, making a 'I' shape with your body.

Slowly return your arms and legs to the original 'X' position and repeat.
