Step-by-step instructions

Stand facing away from a TRX anchor point with one handle in each hand and walk your feet forward to a slight angle.

Position your elbows forward and above your head and put your body in a straight line from head to heels.

Bend your elbows and lower your forehead toward the TRX strap anchor point, keeping your elbows high and your body straight.

Straighten your arms and lift your body back to the starting position.

Repeat for the programmed number of reps, remembering to keep your body straight and not dip at the hips.
