Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding the end of a battle rope in each hand.

Bend your knees slightly, engage your core and maintain your posture upright.

Start by swinging the ropes alternately in an outward circular motion, initiating the movement from your shoulders.

Once you're comfortable with the motion, try to increase the speed.

Complete the movement by bringing the ropes back down in a controlled manner and repeat.
