Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, the bar in front of your shins.

Bend your hips back and lower your torso until it is almost parallel with the floor, all while keeping your back straight.

Reach down and grab the bar with a wide grip, hands almost reaching the weight plates.

Pull the bar up to your stomach while squeezing your shoulder blades together.

Lower the bar back to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat for desired number of repetitions.
