Sit on a bench, holding a barbell with both hands.

Place your forearms flat on your thighs, with the wrists hanging over the edge of your knees.

Allow the barbell to roll down the fingers, opening your palm.

Close your fist, curl the barbell up by making a fist and flexing your wrist.

Lower the weight back down in a controlled way and repeat for the desired number of reps.
