Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing up.

Extend your arms straight out to each side, keeping a slight bend in your elbows, like wings.

Maintain your straight posture and slowly lift your arms up until the weights nearly touch over your head.

Then, lower your arms in a slow controlled manner back to the starting position while keeping your palms up and maintaining the 'wing' angle in your arms.

Repeat this lifting and lowering motion without letting your arms drop below shoulder height for the programmed number of reps.
