Maintain your straight posture and slowly lift your arms up until the weights nearly touch over your head.

Then, lower your arms in a slow controlled manner back to the starting position while keeping your palms up and maintaining the 'wing' angle in your arms.

Repeat this lifting and lowering motion without letting your arms drop below shoulder height for the programmed number of reps.
