Barbell Step Up To Reverse Lunge instructions
Step-by-step instructions

Stand with a barbell resting across the back of your shoulders, similar to a squat position.

Step forward onto an elevated platform or step, pressing through your heel and straighten your leg to stand.

Step back down and immediately step back into a reverse lunge position with the same leg, bending both knees to about 90 degrees.

Push back up through your front heel to stand up straight, then repeat the movement with the other leg.

Keep your core tight and your back straight throughout the entire movement.
