Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright with a dumbbell in each hand and your feet hip-width apart.

Keep your abdominal muscles pulled in so that you move straight upward, not forward or backward.

Slowly rise onto your toes, lifting your heels off the ground while keeping your knees straight.

Hold the peak position for a second and then lower your heels back to the ground in a controlled manner.

Avoid rushing the movements and bouncing up and down quickly. Instead, ensure each rep is slow and controlled.
