Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, bending your knees slightly.

Holding the barbell with your hands just beyond shoulder-width apart, bend your torso forward so it's almost parallel to the floor.

Keeping your back flat and head up, pull the bar towards your chest.

Pause at the top, then lower the barbel back to the starting position in a smooth, controlled move.

Repeat the motion for the total number of reps.
