Step-by-step instructions

Place a foam roller on the ground and kneel in front of it.

Lay the thigh of one leg on top of the roller, placing your weight onto the roller.

Your other leg should be bent at the knee, foot flat on the ground for balance and support.

Slowly roll back and forth, applying pressure as you roll over the hip flexor area.

Switch legs and repeat the process. If one side is tighter, you may need to spend more time rolling it out.
