Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart, loop the resistance band around your feet.

Grip the band with both hands, about shoulder-width apart.

Begin by lifting the band straight up, until your hands reach shoulder level.

Continue by pulling the band overhead, elbows pointing out to the sides.

Return to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
