Band High Row

The Band High Row is an easy resistance exercise targeting back muscles. Using a resistance band, it enhances strength, stability in the back and shoulders, and improves posture.

Step-by-step instructions

Stand to face the band, positioned at chest height, and grab each end of the band with an overhand grip.

Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Pull your arms back, horizontally, so your wrists come to your chest. Keep your elbows higher than your wrists, like a bird flapping its wings.

Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak of the movement.

Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position, controlling the resistance. Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
