Step-by-step instructions

Find a dip bar and securely fasten a resistance band to the middle section.

Step onto the band using one foot and grip the bars firmly on either side.

Lower your body by bending your elbows until your arms are at a 90-degree angle with the ground.

Press your hands into the bars to push your body back up to the starting position.

Remove your foot from the band once you're done with your reps.
