Band Around The World is an upper body workout targeting the shoulders, chest, and upper back. It uses a resistance band for improved flexibility, endurance and stability, and can aid in injury rehab.

Step-by-step instructions

Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a resistance band with your hands just wider than shoulder-width apart.

Hold the band in front of you, keeping your arms straight.

Slowly raise the band upward and when it reaches shoulder height, start to pull the band apart.

Continue to pull the band apart and move your arms back until they are parallel with your body.

Return to the initial position and repeat the exercise for the programmed number of reps.
